The South Park Psycho is the first album by the rapper Ganksta N-I-P. It was released on February 26, 1992, through Rap-a-Lot Records. The album has production from Ganksta N-I-P, The Terrorists, John Bido and Doug King. The album is one of the earliest examples of the horrorcore genre, and considered by many as a Southern hip hop classic. Guest artists include future routine collaborators, Dope-E, K-Rino, and Seagram.

Lewayne Williams, (born, August 28, 1969, better known as Ganxsta . pronounced Gangsta Nip) is a rapper from South Park, Houston, Texas and a member of the South Park Coalition, which he cofounded in 1987 with Houston rapper K-Rino. In 1992 he released his debut album South Park Psycho. This record also help put the South Park Coalition name on the map due to world wide distribution from Rap-a-Lot. He also wrote the Geto Boys hit "Chuckie".

Psycho P is a character in the Heart of Gold special. He was born in the North Blue and is a member of the Treasure Pirates. Psycho P is a dark-skinned man with big lips. He wears a pink winter coat, a cap with the word "PSY" on it, and a pair of very small sunglasses.

The Psycho Realm is an American hip hop group started in 1989 by brothers Sick Jacken (Joaquín Gonzalez) and Big Duke (Gustavo Gonzalez) from the Downtown, Pico-Union area of Los Angeles. The first recorded Psycho Realm song, "Scandalous," was released on the soundtrack of the film, Mi Vida Loca, in 1994. That same year B-Real of the rap group Cypress Hill saw Psycho Realm performing at Olvera Street for an End Barrio Warfare concert
